PercentageSnap is a free, browser-based collection of percentage calculators and educational guides. You do not need an account, registration, password or subscription to use it.

Calculations are performed by code running in your browser. The calculator features do not send the numbers you type to PercentageSnap’s servers. Like any website, simply loading pages does involve some technical information being processed, as described in section 4.

The “recent calculations” and “saved results” features use your browser’s local storage (a standard browser feature called localStorage). The site keeps up to 8 recent calculations and up to 50 saved results.

• This information stays in the browser and on the device where you created it.
• It is not synchronized across devices or browsers.
• You can remove it at any time using the Clear options in each list, or by clearing this site’s data in your browser settings. Clearing browser data may remove it.
• Using these features never requires an account.

When you visit, the website’s hosting and infrastructure providers process technical information needed to deliver pages and keep the service secure. This may include your IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, the page that referred you, request timestamps and security-related information.

The hosting platform also provides the site owner with aggregated visit statistics (such as page views, approximate country, device type and referring site). No separate analytics service, tracking pixel or analytics script has been added to the site.

PercentageSnap is supported by advertising from Google AdSense. The AdSense script is loaded only on the main calculator page, where the labeled advertising spaces appear. It is not loaded on the guides, legal pages, About page or Share page.

When ads load, Google and its partners may use cookies, device identifiers and similar technologies to serve ads, measure their performance, limit repetition and, where permitted, show ads based on your previous visits to this and other websites. Google processes this information under its own privacy policy and may do so independently of PercentageSnap. See our Cookies & Advertising Policy for details and opt-out options.

The site uses only these outside services:

• Hosting and infrastructure to deliver the website, protect it from abuse and produce aggregated visit statistics.
• Google AdSense for advertising on the calculator page.
• Google Fonts to load the site’s typeface. Your browser requests the font files from Google, which receives standard request information such as your IP address.

PercentageSnap does not sell, rent or trade information about visitors.

PercentageSnap is a general-audience mathematical utility. It does not ask for, and does not knowingly collect, personal information directly from children.

You can view, block or delete cookies and site storage through your browser settings, and you can clear recent calculations and saved results directly on the calculator page. The calculators keep working if you do.

Depending on where you live, privacy laws such as the GDPR, UK GDPR or US state privacy laws may give you rights over personal information, such as access, deletion, objection or opting out of certain advertising. Because PercentageSnap has no accounts and does not store calculation data on its servers, most of the information involved is either on your own device or held by the third-party providers listed above. You can exercise rights over advertising data through Google My Ad Center and Google’s own privacy tools.

• Browser-stored calculations remain on your device until you clear them or clear your browser data.
• Technical hosting logs are kept by the hosting provider according to its own retention practices for security and reliability.
• Third-party providers such as Google retain information according to their own policies.

The site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

This policy may be updated as the site changes. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the current version.
